Do you think there is a tie between poverty rates and drug use in Tucson?
Yes, absolutely. I have lived here for 8 years now and one thing I have noticed is that as poverty rates increase, more drug use and crime occur. I have seen a greater amount of homeless people around the area that I live this past year than I ever have before. - Anonymous
